Hello - I’m Meredith (she/her). I am from mixed British Isles settler and West Indian heritage.

I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Midwifery at Ryerson in 2020. Before entering midwifery, I worked for four years as a doula and prenatal educator, supporting families as they welcomed new babies in all settings across the city. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from McGill (2007), where my love of literature and storytelling was kindled. Birth is the best story of all, in my opinion, and I feel privileged to be a part of each one.

When I’m not doing midwifery, you’ll likely find me exploring nature with my three year old, or reading books about trees.
